Overseeing the delivery of Cabinet and Committee operations, strategic projects and policy work that support high-quality decision-making at the centre of NSW Government

Providing expert advice

Working closely with senior executives, Ministerial Offices, agencies and central government stakeholders to provide expert advice on Cabinet practice, governance and machinery of government matters

Identifying emerging issues

Playing a key role in identifying emerging issues, managing risks, influencing outcomes and ensuring Cabinet processes support effective and informed decision-making across government
