Leading the Enablement & Embedding operating model
Ensuring initiatives are effectively adopted and sustained in frontline execution across all Contact Centre portfolios.📅
Owning end-to-end enablement plans
Managing rollout approaches, reinforcement, and post-launch adoption with quarterly roadmaps aligned to enterprise change.📈
Providing executive-level visibility and reporting
Delivering insights on enablement readiness, adoption risks, and partner execution quality to senior leadership and governance forums.Key criteria
