Personally managing and developing a portfolio of clients, displaying strong Net Promoter Scores and maximised share of wallet🚀
Executing business development strategy
Developing, leading and executing business development strategy for both existing and new to bank customers to ensure delivery of the Business & Private Bank business plan📝
Preparing business lending proposals
Working with the Complex Lending Solutions and Deal Structuring & Execution teams in the preparation of business lending proposals, including obtaining and analysing business and industry information, and ongoing portfolio managementKey criteria
