Developing the roadmap, securing investment, establishing governance, and connecting RMIT with national infrastructure schemes including NCRIS.

Driving research infrastructure strategy

Establishing a coherent Research Infrastructure roadmap and investment proposal across RMIT's three Colleges, Property Services, and ITS.

Leading stakeholder engagement

Engaging and influencing a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of research infrastructure initiatives.
