You'll be responsible for

Reducing operational toil

Applying automation and core SRE practices to minimize manual work and improve efficiency.

Investigating incidents

Providing daily support to internal customers by investigating incidents and work orders.

Building and improving SLIs and SLOs

Creating and enhancing Service Level Indicators and Service Level Objectives to reduce Mean Time to Recovery.

Skills you'll need

🧩

Problem-solving skills

Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions quickly.

Understanding of Azure cloud services

Familiarity with Azure and its services, with a keen interest in DevOps and CI/CD practices.

Foundational understanding of Infrastructure-as-Code

Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code principles, ideally with experience in Terraform.
