Supporting funds in raising capital and undertaking investments and M&A transactions.

Providing guidance on all regulatory aspects of fund formation and capital raisings.

Working closely with partners in the Funds Transaction Group and broader team.

Skills you'll need

Funds-related work experience

2-7 years' experience in Funds-related work, preferably in a top-tier or leading international firm.

Client service focus

A strong commitment to high standards, including strong drafting, analytical, and commercial skills, along with excellent written and oral communication skills.

Team collaboration

Ability to work well in a team environment, including across Australian offices and internationally, while also mentoring and sharing experiences.
