You'll be responsible for

Delivering structured coaching programs

Enhancing practitioner performance and clinical excellence through tailored coaching initiatives.
🎓

Facilitating training

Using a blend of methodologies, including e-learning, virtual sessions, and in-person workshops to engage practitioners.
🚀

Leading induction programs

Effectively onboarding new practitioners and administering on-the-job training to ensure their success.

Key criteria

🎓

Qualified Practitioner (QP) certification

Valid QP certification in Audiology is essential.
