Lead customer discovery and design sessions using the AWS Cognitive CX suite to drive innovation.

Designing AWS solutions

Design, solution, and implement AWS solutions focused on enhancing customer experience and engagement.

Developing prototypes

Develop Proofs of Concept (PoCs), prototypes, demonstrations, and assets to showcase AWS capabilities.
