You'll be responsible for

Conducting debt collection activities

Minimising outstanding liabilities by contacting providers regarding recoveries based on audit findings and negotiating payment arrangements.

Providing administrative assistance

Issuing audit request letters and ensuring timely follow-up of recoveries while maintaining productive relationships with providers.

Planning and reporting

Developing recovery plans, maintaining monthly collections reports, and liaising with internal teams for claim allocations.
