Overseeing the overall management of responses, including writing, preparation, and submission of bids and tenders across the firm nationally.

Advising on bidding strategies

Working closely with partners to advise and coach on best practice bidding and winning strategies, including key messaging and pricing.

Supporting team members

Providing support to team members through the bid and tender process in formatting, editing, and proofreading documentation.

Key criteria

3+ years of bid and tender experience

Demonstrated experience in managing bids within professional services.
