Ensuring compliance with the Building Act 1993 and Building Regulations 2018 through thorough inspections.⚖️
Investigating complaints
Addressing complaints and unsafe building works, taking appropriate enforcement action when necessary.📑
Supporting the Municipal Building Surveyor
Assisting with report and consent applications and contributing to legal briefs for court matters.Key criteria
