You'll be responsible for

Establish and execute an outbound call cycle schedule for proactively engaging with customers, building relationships, and driving sales based on business KPIs.

Customer issue resolution

Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and issues, ensuring timely and accurate resolution while seeking to convert inquiries into sales opportunities.

Strategic account management & retention

Operate as the lead point of contact for dedicated territory/valued customers, proactively identifying and addressing contracts in jeopardy to maximize portfolio retention.
