The Business Analyst position at Berry Street Yooralla is an exciting opportunity to drive business analysis across an enterprise HRIS program. This role is crucial for strengthening workforce compliance and payroll integrity while shaping future ways of working in a purpose-driven organisation. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with various stakeholders to design and implement people-centred HRIS technologies.

You'll be responsible for

Analysing current business processes

Analyse current business processes and document clear requirements and future-state (“to-be”) processes.

Leading business process analysis activities

Lead business process analysis activities, including workshops and synthesis of complex information.

Developing artefacts

Develop artefacts (e.g. business requirements, system requirements, user stories, functional specifications and acceptance criteria) to ensure solutions deliver business value.

Business analysis experience

5+ years of experience in business analysis across full project lifecycles.
