This job is all about providing essential support to the Business Line operations at AECOM. You'll be responsible for

Preparing reports

Preparing accurate and timely global and local business line reports, compiling and analysing performance data, and maintaining a centralised repository for documents, registers, and reporting tools.

Managing governance meetings

Managing inputs and logistics for QBRs, MBRs, and governance meetings; driving and attending key business line meetings and ensuring timely follow-up on actions and decisions.

Supporting strategic initiatives

In conjunction with the SPM, supporting client, market, and pursuit reporting; tracking progress against growth, market, and operational objectives; and assisting in the delivery of strategic initiatives and business plans.
