You'll be responsible for

Ensuring operational excellence
Coordinating planning cycles, quarterly updates, headcount tracking and operational reporting to keep the business aligned and moving forward.📅
Managing governance activities
Maintaining calendars, action registers and compliance documentation, while also supporting financial and resource management through data collation, variance tracking, vendor coordination and accurate workforce updates.🔄
Coordinating strategy and change initiatives
Playing a hands-on role in strategy, change and transformation initiatives by coordinating project plans, timelines and stakeholder updates.Key criteria
