You'll be responsible for

Coordinating resident admissions and exits

Liaising with prospective and current residents, providing information about fees, terms, and conditions as required.

Rostering staff and processing timesheets

Managing staff schedules and ensuring accurate processing of time and attendance records.

Providing excellent customer service

Effectively liaising with prospective residents and their families, promoting Fresh Hope Communities positively.

Key criteria

1-3 years administrative experience

Proven experience in administration with a focus on rostering.
