Delivering training initiatives
Deliver engaging onboarding and ongoing capability-building initiatives through in-person and virtual training, workshops, coaching, and continuous support for team members across the organisation.🛠️
Co-designing capability solutions
Co-design and develop capability solutions using research, stakeholder insights, and industry best practice to strengthen practice and performance.🎥
Creating learning resources
Create high-quality learning resources and media, including videos, audio, simulations, role plays, and interactive tools to enhance learning and support effective training delivery.Key criteria

Training and assessment qualifications
Relevant qualifications like Certificate IV in Training & Assessment are essential.View

Experience in service delivery
Minimum 3 years in child, youth & family or aged care services.View
