You'll be responsible for

Designing learning experiences

Creating and facilitating a variety of learning programs for bankers at different experience levels, including onboarding and upskilling initiatives.

Keeping training content current

Ensuring training materials align with legislative changes and enhance learner experience.

Evaluating program effectiveness

Assessing the impact of learning initiatives and contributing to broader Retail Bank initiatives.

Regulated credit and residential lending experience

Strong experience in regulated credit and residential lending within retail banking.
