Creating and facilitating a range of learning experiences for bankers at various levels, including onboarding and upskilling initiatives.

Keeping training content current

Ensuring training materials align with legislative changes and enhance learner experience while driving customer outcomes.
📊

Evaluating program effectiveness

Assessing the effectiveness of training programs and contributing to broader Retail Bank initiatives as part of the Enterprise Capability team.
