You'll be responsible for

Supporting leadership teams
Coaching Centurion Leadership Teams and Frontline Managers to enhance employee engagement and compliance while supporting broader strategic HR initiatives.🚀
Driving HR strategies
Executing HR strategies and services across all functions, including policy development, performance management, and employee engagement.⚖️
Managing industrial relations
Providing support and advice on underperformance, misconduct, and workplace investigations, while liaising with the Fair Work Commission.Key criteria

Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or Business
Possession of relevant qualifications for HR expertise.View
