This job is all about being a dynamic travel industry professional who serves as the Subject Matter Expert in Content Load and Optimisation. By providing third level support and consultancy, you will play a crucial role in enhancing operational excellence within the Flight Centre Travel Group. The team values collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation, ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.

You'll be responsible for

Handling third level support escalations

Managing escalations through various channels, ensuring issues are fully understood and documented.

Identifying trends and opportunities

Proactively identifying trends to simplify or streamline operational processes.

Engaging with stakeholders

Liaising with stakeholders to communicate business risks and opportunities effectively.

Key criteria

✈️

Travel industry experience

Minimum of 5+ years in the travel industry.
