You'll be responsible for

Fast tracking claims assessment

Accelerating the evaluation of claims that are not disputed by the employer to ensure timely support for injured workers.
📞

Liaising with stakeholders

Communicating with workers and employers to gather and confirm injury details, ensuring clarity and understanding.
🏢

Supporting return to work processes

Explaining obligations, entitlements, and next steps to facilitate a smooth transition back to work for injured individuals.
