You'll be responsible for

Proactively managing mental health and physical claims, drawing on exceptional customer service and decision-making skills to make a positive impact every day.

Implementing strategies

Preparing and implementing strategies within required timeframes to achieve optimal outcomes and minimise claim costs.

Liaising with stakeholders

Liaising regularly with internal and external stakeholders to progress strategies and actions.

Extensive customer service experience

Demonstrated background in delivering exceptional customer service.
