Conducting intake assessments
Performing intake assessments to understand the needs of vulnerable young people accessing the service.📅
Planning client-centered strategies
Creating and implementing client-centered planning to support the individual needs of each young person.💬
Providing counselling and therapeutic support
Offering counselling and therapeutic support to help young people navigate their challenges and improve their wellbeing.Key criteria
🎓
Undergraduate qualification in human services
Possession of a relevant degree in Social Work, Counselling, or Psychology.View

Therapeutic processes knowledge
Demonstrated ability to utilize therapeutic practices effectively.View
👥
Youth support experience
Experience providing counselling and support within a case management framework.View
