You'll be responsible for

Undertaking comprehensive intake assessments
Conducting thorough assessments and developing client-centred, strength-based case plans.đ
Supporting clients to secure housing
Helping clients find and maintain suitable housing, including advocacy with housing providers and support services.đ
Coordinating supports through effective case management
Managing internal and external supports through effective case management and referrals.Key criteria

Tertiary qualification in social work
Relevant qualification or substantial experience in social sciences.View

Experience with homelessness support
Demonstrated experience using trauma-informed practices with clients.View

Strong administrative skills
Experience maintaining accurate case notes and reports.View
