Managing insurance claims
Taking end-to-end ownership of Death, TPD, TI, IP, PI and related insurance claims, ensuring clear communication with members and beneficiaries.📊
Portfolio management
Managing a portfolio of claims in line with quality case management principles and service level agreements.🤝
Building relationships
