Delivering high-quality relocation experiences

Providing a superior end-to-end relocation experience for ADF members and their families through world-class case management, policy compliance, advocacy, and escalation resolution.

Managing expectations

Ensuring members and their families understand service scope and the relocation life cycle.

Administering relocation policy

Proactively managing Defence relocation policy and entitlements to ensure compliance with policy and client key performance indicators.
