You'll be responsible for

Providing customer service

Providing early, timely, and personal customer-focused and empathetic service to injured workers and employers.

Managing claims

Proactively and effectively managing all aspects of a caseload of worker's compensation claims within legislation and compliance guidelines.

Delivering customer experience

Delivering the desired customer experience to all stakeholders and managing the end-to-end outcomes for a portfolio of cases.

Key criteria

Customer service experience in medical or corporate fields

Proven experience providing exceptional customer service in relevant sectors.
