Proactively and effectively managing all aspects of a caseload of worker's compensation claims within legislation and compliance guidelines.

Delivering the desired customer experience to all stakeholders and managing the end-to-end outcomes for a portfolio of cases.

Customer service experience in medical or corporate fields
