You'll be responsible for

Providing welcoming and responsive support to women seeking assistance in refuge and community settings

Creating a safe and supportive environment for clients in need.

Building strong therapeutic relationships that encourage self-determination and participation

Fostering trust and empowerment through meaningful connections.

Undertaking ongoing risk assessments, safety planning, and case management

Ensuring clients' safety and well-being through careful planning and monitoring.

Qualifications in relevant fields

Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Community Services.
