You'll be responsible for

Leading and inspiring the team
You will lead and inspire your team to manage, lease, market, and operate Rundle Place to the highest professional standards, maximizing net returns for our REIT owner while maintaining the centre's prestigious market position in Adelaide's retail sector.📊
Strategic financial management
Prepare and analyse comprehensive income/expenditure budgets, business plans, monthly performance reports, outgoings recoveries, forecasts, and audits aligned with the owner's strategic objectives and critical reporting dates.📈
Performance excellence
Conduct thorough analysis of centre performance through monthly and quarterly reporting, reforecast analysis, and continuous monitoring of key performance indicators to drive optimal results for this premium CBD asset.Key criteria
