You'll be responsible for

Managing property operations
Taking responsibility and leading by example a team in managing, leasing, marketing and operating the centres to the very highest of professional standards to maximise the net return to the Owner.📈
Preparing budgets and reports
Preparation and analysis of income/expenditure budgets, business plans, monthly reports, outgoings recoveries, forecasts and audits in accordance with the owner’s critical dates.🔍
Maintaining high standards
Maintaining the centres to the very highest of standards and minimising the liability risk exposure of the Owner and JLL.What we're looking for

5+ years retail property management experience
Demonstrated experience managing retail properties effectively.View

Real Estate & Business Sales Registration
Valid registration as a Property Manager in Western Australia.View

Degree in Property or Business
