Lead the end-to-end change management strategy for the RegStar program, embedding scalable change frameworks, governance and tools to enable consistent, high-quality delivery across multiple workstreams.

Drive business readiness and transition activities, ensuring successful implementation of new processes, systems and ways of working across Transport and partner agencies.

Providing strategic advice

Provide strategic advice to program and executive leadership on change impacts, risks, readiness and adoption to inform decision-making.
