You'll be responsible for

🎓

Delivering training

Delivering Prosci training courses to Bureau leaders and teams, followed by individual coaching to reinforce effective change management practices.
📝

Developing change management plans

Creating end-to-end change management plans that align with the ADKAR model to ensure successful adoption of new ways of working.

Building relationships

Building and maintaining strong relationships with key business partners and stakeholders to support the Bureau’s Strategy 2022-2027.
