The Change Manager at Endeavour is all about leading the people, process, and technology changes from the Data Transformation Program. This exciting opportunity allows you to make a real impact as you help transition retail data and develop a new data platform. You'll be responsible for

Delivering hands-on execution

Drive change execution by writing communications, managing reviews and approvals, and coordinating distribution with the internal communications team.

Refining people impacts

Pick up identified people change impacts and build tailored interventions, including communication and training plans.

Managing stakeholder relationships

Own key relationships across Data Asset Owners, the Data and AI team, the ERP change team, and Endeavour Business Services.
