Supporting the Sous Chef in maintaining quality, consistency, and production in areas of responsibility.

Coordinating kitchen activities

Supervising and coordinating activities of cooks and workers engaged in food preparation.

Certificate 3 in Cookery

Possession of a minimum Certificate 3 in Cookery.
