Leading Operations Assistants
Providing hands-on leadership of Operations Assistants, ensuring daily workflows, patient transport and operational tasks run safely and efficiently across wards, theatres and recovery areas.📈
Supporting staff performance
Working closely with the Nurse Manager of Anaesthetics and Clinical Nurse Educator to support staff performance, orientation and training, identifying development needs, and escalating issues as required.✅
Ensuring compliance
Ensuring compliance with infection control, hygiene, dress code and confidentiality standards while remaining operationally involved.Key criteria

Supervisory experience in healthcare
Proven experience supervising staff in a clinical support setting.View
