Providing hands-on leadership of Operations Assistants, ensuring daily workflows, patient transport and operational tasks run safely and efficiently across wards, theatres and recovery areas.

Supporting staff performance

Working closely with the Nurse Manager of Anaesthetics and Clinical Nurse Educator to support staff performance, orientation and training, identifying development needs, and escalating issues as required.

Ensuring compliance

Ensuring compliance with infection control, hygiene, dress code and confidentiality standards.

Proven experience supervising staff in a healthcare setting.
