Acting as Regional Interlock
Serve as the primary Regional Interlock for the CHRO persona, ensuring seamless communication and strategy alignment between global and regional teams.📈
Developing GTM strategies
Create and refine CHRO persona go-to-market strategies specific to the APAC region in collaboration with the Global GTM COE.📏
Tracking performance metrics
Establish and monitor regional KPIs and OKRs to measure the effectiveness of GTM execution and project enablement.Key criteria
