Managing life insurance claims
Independently managing a portfolio of Total Permanent Disability (TPD) and Income Protection (IP) claims from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience for customers.🌟
Providing exceptional customer service
Delivering best-in-class customer and client experience through regular communication and managing expectations regarding claims status.🤝
Engaging with external specialists
Actively engaging with external treating doctors, rehabilitation consultants, and in-house medical and legal specialists to deliver timely outcomes for customers.Key criteria
