You'll be responsible for

Managing claims
Independently managing a portfolio of TPD and IP claims end-to-end.🔍
Assessing claims
Assess, analyse, calculate and finalise claims payments.👩⚕️
Engaging with specialists
Active engagement of external treating doctors, rehabilitation consultants as well as in-house medical and legal specialists and delivering timely outcomes for our customers.What we're looking for

Experience in life insurance claims management
Significant experience managing group life insurance claims assessment.View fit

Knowledge of legislative frameworks
Strong understanding of Life Insurance Code of Practice and privacy regulations.View fit
