You'll be responsible for

Providing member service
Acting as a dedicated contact point for all notifications and claims, supporting members through the indemnity decision process while building rapport and representing Avant professionally.🔍
Executing operations processes
Meeting or exceeding quality standards by maintaining acceptable levels of Critical Error Accuracy and delivering objective indemnity decisions based on process standards.📋
Maintaining compliance
Ensuring compliance with Work Health and Safety obligations and keeping up to date with external industry changes.What we're looking for
