You'll be responsible for

Assessing and processing claims
Assessing and processing all types of ancillary claims within service level agreements (SLAs).💰
Reviewing and paying claims
Reviewing and paying claims in accordance with Fund Rules and policies to maintain quality and accuracy.📞
Responding to inquiries
Responding to inquiries from members and providers, ensuring exceptional customer service is provided.Key criteria
