You'll be responsible for

Managing complex claims
Manage Industrial Special Risk (ISR), complex commercial property and large loss claims from initial assessment through to final settlement.🔍
Proactively managing expectations
Proactively manage expectations with insureds and brokers, clearly explaining policy responses and how claim outcomes are determined.📞
Delivering regular updates
Deliver regular claim updates to brokers and customers in line with Service Standards and the Code of Practice, including declinatures and opportunities for feedback.Key criteria
