You'll be responsible for

Managing claims

Manage end-to-end Commercial, Fleet and Leasing motor claims with a strong customer focus

Building relationships

Build and maintain strong relationships with Fleet clients, including acting as a key point of contact at time of claim

Negotiating settlements

Negotiate settlements, strategy and outcomes while managing claim costs effectively

Key criteria

Customer service experience in high-volume environments

Proven experience delivering excellent customer service under pressure.
