About the job

As a Resolutions Officer, you will make a meaningful difference by resolving complex member matters with care and confidence. This 12-month fixed term opportunity allows you to uphold our commitment to putting members first, acting as a key liaison between Hostplus and various stakeholders. Collaboration is key, as you will work across the business to enhance the overall member experience.

You'll be responsible for

Managing AFCA complaint notifications

Coordinate and oversee the handling of complaints to ensure they are addressed fairly and professionally.

Preparing comprehensive responses

Draft clear and well-supported replies to member complaints, ensuring regulatory compliance.

Identifying trends and systemic issues

Analyze data to uncover opportunities for continuous improvement in member experience.
