You'll be responsible for

Preparing matters for PIC events

Progress disputes by preparing matters for PIC events, ensuring issues, evidence and positions are clearly set out ahead of hearings.

Attending PIC events

Attendance at the PIC, both online attendance and in person, to provide instructions to Legal Service Providers in litigated matters.

Managing the DRO function

Manage the DRO function day to day, keeping matters moving and maintaining a customer-focused approach to dispute resolution.

Key criteria

3+ years in workers compensation or personal injury law

Demonstrated experience in NSW claims management or legal processes.
