Preparing matters for PIC events
Progress disputes by preparing matters for PIC events, ensuring issues, evidence and positions are clearly set out ahead of hearings.👥
Attending PIC events
Attendance at the PIC, both online attendance and in person, to provide instructions to Legal Service Providers in litigated matters.🔄
Managing the DRO function
Manage the DRO function day to day, keeping matters moving and maintaining a customer-focused approach to dispute resolution.What we're looking for
📜
3+ years in workers compensation or personal injury law
Demonstrated experience in NSW claims management or legal processes.View fit
⚖️
Extensive knowledge of relevant legislation
Strong understanding of Workers Compensation Act and related regulations.View fit
