You'll be responsible for

Managing client inquiries
Managing potential new client inquiries from online referrals and inbound calls, ensuring a welcoming and informative experience.🗂️
Maintaining records
Creating and maintaining accurate client inquiry records within the client management system and Document Management System (DMS).📅
Scheduling appointments
Scheduling initial appointments for potential clients to meet with a core team Lawyer or screening out the inquiry as needed.Key criteria
