The Clinical Nurse position within the Dementia and Delirium Nursing Service at Princess Alexandra Hospital is an exciting opportunity to deliver expert care to patients with complex cognitive and behavioral needs. This role is vital in improving outcomes for individuals experiencing dementia and delirium, while also providing leadership and support to a dedicated multidisciplinary team. You'll be responsible for

🏥

Delivering advanced specialist nursing care

Providing expert nursing care for patients experiencing complex cognitive, behavioral, and psychological symptoms associated with dementia and delirium.

Leading person-centered care planning

Leading the development and implementation of individualized care plans and behavioral support strategies.

Providing clinical consultation

Offering specialist consultation and support to multidisciplinary teams across inpatient units.
