Working closely with the Nurse Unit Manager to facilitate clinical and non-clinical key performance indicators for the unit.

Promoting professional growth

Encouraging and supporting staff development through mentorship and meeting continuing education requirements.

5+ years of experience as a Registered General Nurse.
