Providing clinical leadership
Delivering senior nursing clinical leadership in the development of specialist clinical practice and service delivery within the Emergency Department.🚦
Overseeing patient flow
Managing the flow of patients through triage, CIN, and waiting room in collaboration with the FOH Senior decision maker and FOH team.✅
Ensuring quality care
Providing clinical supervision of patients in the FOH zone and ensuring quality nursing care and resource allocation.Key criteria

Demonstrated experience in rapid patient assessment and triage.View
